The hosts were amazing and made us feel comfortable and welcome. the facilities were modern and the apartment was immaculate. Great location with nearby bakery and grocery store.

I had a wonderful stay at Visitzagreb Emerald! The host, Slavica, went above and beyond to make sure our arrival and stay were seamless. She had her friend pick us up from the airport and personally greeted us at the rental apartment. The apartment itself was clean, well-furnished, and nicely organized. What impressed me the most was the prime location, allowing us to easily explore both the upper and lower towns on foot. Whenever I had a question or needed help, Slavica was quick to respond and assist. I highly recommend staying at Visitzagreb Emerald for your trip to Zagreb.

Great location, modern and clean. Fantastic facilities, including strobe lights and complimentary drinks. Recommended restaurant had the best food of our stay. Perfect end to our holiday.

The location of this hotel is absolutely perfect, right in the heart of the city center. It's close to all the tourist attractions and within walking distance of the main shopping and dining areas. The room is newly renovated and has all the necessary amenities, including a fully equipped kitchen and a comfortable bed. The bathroom is clean and modern, with a great shower. The hosts are extremely helpful and provide excellent communication.
There is no elevator, so if you have heavy bags, you might have to carry them up a couple of flights of stairs.
